QUALIFICATIONS:
-2-3 years of experience in a scratch kitchen environment that values product sourcing and quality, food safety, and skilled execution
-Desire to collaborate with a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
-Following standards including food safety, portioning, recipes, and consistency
-Have an active Food Handler’s Certificate
